Create an account and choose a plan
Signing up takes three steps: create your login, set up your business, and choose a plan. Your plan decides which parts of Conciar you get, so you see no business features until you've picked one.
1. Create your login
- Go to my.conciar.com/register.
- Fill in your First name, Last name, Email and Password, accept the terms and submit.
- Open the email from Conciar and click the link to verify your address. The link works for 60 minutes. On the Check Your Email screen you can ask for a new one with Resend Verification Email.
You can sign in once your email is verified.
Use a password of at least 10 characters with letters and numbers. Conciar refuses passwords that have appeared in known data breaches.
2. Set up your business
After you sign in, the setup wizard asks for:
- Business Location: the country your business is in.
- Security Setup and Organization Information:
- a 4-digit Security PIN, which you use to unlock the Conciar app on your devices;
- your business name, Chamber of Commerce number and, optionally, your VAT number;
- your street, number, postcode and city.
- Choose Your Packages: tick the business types you run, such as restaurant or store. This only filters the plans you see in the next step.
- Organization Created!: click Choose Your Plan.
You become the admin of the business.
3. Choose a plan
Each business type has a Starter and a Growth plan. There are also plans that combine business types, and an Ultimate plan with all of them.

Growth plans include QR ordering at the table and staff planning (rota, time clock and hours), and allow more locations than Starter.
Conciar is in beta
During the beta Conciar is free. When you pick a plan, you get it free for 6 months, and you receive a code by email that's also shown on screen. You don't enter any payment details.
After choosing, the business types on your plan appear in the dashboard sidebar.
Your plan and billing
Go to Settings → Plan & billing to see your current plan, its status and the business types it includes.
Your Conciar subscription is separate from the payments your customers make to you. Those go through your own payment provider: see Connect payments.
More than one business
To add another business to the same login, open the user menu in the dashboard and choose Add organization.
Common problems
I didn't get the verification email. Check your spam folder, then use Resend Verification Email. The link expires after 60 minutes.
I can't sign in after registering. Your email isn't verified yet. Click the link in the email first.
My dashboard has no Restaurant (or Store, Studio…) section. You haven't chosen a plan yet, or your plan doesn't include that business type. Check Settings → Plan & billing.
