View your leads

Every enquiry sent through one of your lead forms is a lead.

See your leads

1. In my.conciar.com, go to Professional → Leads.
2. Use the tabs to see All leads, those from This week or from Today, or search by name, email or phone.

The list shows each lead's name, contact details, the form it came from and when it was sent. The name is the answer to the form's first field.

The dashboard home page also shows how many leads came in this week.

Open a lead

Click the eye icon next to a lead. You see:

• under Submission Details, every answer the visitor gave;
• the form and the date it was sent;
• the visitor's approximate location and device. Repeat means an enquiry came from the same internet connection before.

Reply to the lead yourself, by email or phone.

Common problems

A lead I expected isn't in the list. Check the All tab. If you search, only the leads already loaded in the list are searched: scroll down to load older leads first.

The lead has no name. The first field of the form isn't the name, or the visitor left it empty. When you create a form, add the name field first.
