How Conciar fits together

Conciar is one account for your till, bookings, customers, stock and staff. You work with it in three places.

The dashboard: my.conciar.com

You set everything up in the dashboard at my.conciar.com: products and menus, bookings, customers, staff, payments and settings. It runs in the browser and its screens are in English.

The sidebar shows a section for each business type on your plan, plus the sections every business has:

The Conciar app, on your devices

The Conciar app runs on your tablets and phones. Staff use it during the day:

• Restaurant: the till, orders, the reservation calendar and the kitchen or bar screen. A restaurant device can also be a self-order kiosk, a pickup screen or a tablet on a table.
• Store: the till, with barcode scanning, and orders.
• Professional: appointments and leads.

Each device signs in once. After that, staff unlock it with their own PIN.

Pages for your guests

Your guests don't need an account or an app:

• Booking page at r.conciar.com/your-name: guests book a table, buy a gift card or tickets for an event, and manage their own reservation. Restaurants only.
• Booking widget: the same table booking, or a lead form for professionals, inside your own website.
• Table QR code: guests scan it at the table to ask for the bill or call staff.

Selling online through your own website or customer app works through the Conciar API.
