Set different prices with price lists
A price list holds other prices for your shop products. You attach it to one or more sales channels. On those channels, its price replaces the product's normal price.
Price lists are for shop products. They don't change the prices of restaurant items or studio services.
1. Create a price list
- In my.conciar.com, go to Management → Price Lists and click New price list.
- Enter a Name, for example "Wholesale".
- Set a Priority. When more than one list applies, the list with the higher number wins.
- Tick the Sales channels the list is for. Leave Customer groups empty.
- Leave Active on and click Create list.
2. Set the prices
- Go to Store → Products and open a product.
- On the Pricing tab, click Add price-list price.
- Choose the list and enter the price.
- Save the product.
For a product with variants, set the list price per variant on the Variants tab.
A product without a price on the list keeps its normal price.
Where price lists apply
| Where | Which lists |
|---|---|
| Your webshop | Lists for the webshop's sales channel. |
| The shop till | Lists for the sales channel the till is selling on. |
Switch a list off
On Management → Price Lists, use the switch on the list to make it Inactive. Its prices are ignored until you switch it back on. Deleting a list removes it for good.
Common problems
The webshop still shows the normal price. Check that the list is Active, that it's linked to the webshop's sales channel, and that the product has a price on that list.
Two lists apply and the wrong price shows. Give the list that should win a higher Priority.
