Check your plan and usage
Settings → Plan & billing shows your Conciar plan and what you've used of the SMS, AI credits and newsletter emails that come with it. To choose your first plan, see Create an account and choose a plan.
Conciar is in beta
During the beta you don't pay for Conciar. Your plan shows as Complimentary — no charge.
See your plan
- In my.conciar.com, go to Settings → Plan & billing.
- The plan card shows:
- the plan name and its status;
- Current period: the start and end date of your free period;
- Included packages: the business types on your plan, such as Restaurant or Store.
The business types under Included packages are the sections you see in the dashboard sidebar.
Check your usage
Below your plan, there's a card for each kind of usage:

| SMS | Each text message Conciar sends to your guests, such as reservation messages and "your table is ready" for the waitlist. |
| AI credits | Use of Conciar's AI features, such as scanning a menu. |
| Newsletter emails | Each email a newsletter sends, per recipient. |
Each card shows Free left this cycle and Available now. The free amount resets at the start of each period.
When it runs out
When Available now reaches zero, Conciar stops sending SMS, using AI or sending newsletters until the next period starts. A newsletter only goes out if there's enough left for all its recipients.
Common problems
The page says "No subscription yet". You haven't chosen a plan. Click Choose a plan.
A business type I need isn't in the sidebar. It isn't on your plan. Check Included packages on this page.
Guests stopped getting text messages. Your SMS for this period are used up. Check the SMS card.
