Set up your team and opening hours
Which treatments each person does
- In my.conciar.com, go to Settings → Team members and open a team member.
- In the Studio section, under Services this person performs, tick the treatments they do.
- Save.
A team member can only be booked for the services ticked here. With nothing ticked, they can't be booked for any service.
Working hours
Each team member has their own working hours, holidays and vacation days.
- As an admin or manager, set them when you open a team member in Settings → Team members.
- Team members can also set their own under Working Hours in Settings → Personal information.
Your studio's opening hours
- Go to Settings → Studio.
- Under Opening hours, set the days and times your studio is open.
- Under Holiday hours, add days when you're closed or open at different times.
- Save.
Common problems
A team member can't be picked for a treatment. That treatment isn't ticked under Services this person performs for them.
